How do I order one or additional gift cards?
To purchase our gift cards, simply ask a Guest Services Agent at any of our participating hotels in Canada.
Where can I use my gift card?
Your travel gift card is accepted at all 130 hotels listed on the InnVest REIT hotel directory included with your gift card pocket folder.
How do I check the balance remaining on my gift card?
Your receipt will show you the remaining balance on your gift card. Purchases will be deducted from the card amount until the card value reaches zero.
To check your balance, present the card to the Guest Services Agent at any participating hotel.
What should I do if my gift card is lost or stolen?
Your gift card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
May I return a gift card that I received as a gift or purchased for myself?
Your gift card expires within one year (12 months) of activation and cannot be redeemed for cash if not used.
Can I order a number of gift cards to give to my employees, clients or customers?
Absolutely simply visit one of our hotels listed on this web site. For additional information, you may call us at 1-866-848-2665.
**Current Select Canadian Hotels' gift card holders may redeem their gift cards at any 150 hotels within 2 years of the purchase date. You can find a list of participating hotels in the InnVest REIT hotels and Westmont Hospitality Group hotels directories.
